Oath Ceremony of Child Parliament at Navjeevan Educational and Social Welfare Society, Digha

On a bright and hopeful day, children from various centers gathered at the Navjeevan Educational and Social Welfare Society in Digha for a significant event: the Oath Ceremony of the Child Parliament. These young leaders were elected by other student to take on roles such as Prime Minister and other ministers within their respective centers.
The ceremony was filled with excitement and pride as each child took their oath, promising to serve and help others. One child shared, "Today, I learned to help children and others." This simple yet but highlighted the essence of the program: nurturing compassion and responsibility among the young participants.
Another child expressed their knowledge, saying, I learned about the hierarchy of the Indian constitution and the political system. This reflection emphasized the educational aspect of the Child Parliament, where children are introduced to the workings of governance and the importance of democratic values. During the event, children were educated on how their Child Parliament functions and the ways it can assist others.

They watched inspiring success stories of former Child Parliament members who had made significant contributions to their communities. These stories, displayed on a TV, served as a motivational tool, encouraging the current members to them. The Oath Ceremony at Navjeevan Educational and Social Welfare Society was not just an event; it was a stepping stone for these young minds towards a future where they can make a difference.
