NESWSD works in the areas of the Gangetic Banks which often suffer from Floods and Waterlogging. We are committed to responding to these recurring disasters and support the suffering in time.

Responding to the needs of the community during a COVID Pandemic situation was totally different from any other disaster or epidemic occurred in the past years. There was a totally panic situation which was not at all easy to deal with. With the generous support from various individuals and agencies above 10000 beneficiaries from our project areas have been extended timely support to cope up with the situation of starvation, loss of income and no hope for any wage employment.
